آپارتمان 6 طبقه است که طبقه اول ، دوم و چهارم به میهمانان اجاره داده می شود ، طبقه اول حیاط در اختیار میهمان می باشد و آپارتمان دارای آسانسور است ، ورودی واحد ها مشترک می باشد
سیستم سرمایشی نیازی نیست ، در صورت نیاز ( پنکه سیار )...

از کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است / استعمال دخانیات در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ( در تراس مانعی ندارد ) / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود

If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
