کودکان زیر 3 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت بدون محدودیت است / جهت درخواست رزرو در روزهای معمولی از یک هفته قبل ، آخرهفته از 10 روز قبل ، ایام نوروز و تعطیلات از 15 روز قبل اقدام نمایید / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .

استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
