کودکان زیر 3 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و یک ماه قبل امکان پذیر است / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / تحویل کلید این واحد تا ساعت 12 شب می باشد / حداقل رزرو در ایام معمولی 2 شب و در تعطیلات عید نوروز 5 شب می باشد / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .

استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
