حداقل رزرو 2 شب می باشد/رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ کودکان زیر 7 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 17 می باشد / برای رزرو در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود / در صورت کنسلی در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
