مسافر محترم رزرو برای ایام نوروز و تعطیلات رسمی درسال غیر قابل کنسل می باشد
مسافر محترم رزرو برای روزهای عادی تا یک هفته قابلیت کنسلی دارد در غیر این صورت مبلغ یک شب به دلیل خسارت و درصد سایت گرفته می شود و الباقی استرداد می گردد
لطفا در هنگام رزرو حتما دقت فرمایید

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
