رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان / کودکان زیر 10 سال هزینه دربافت نمی شود .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد .
_ حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 7 شب است .
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 بامداد می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و یک روز قبل نیز امکان پذیر است .
_ جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از دو هفته قبل اقدام شود .
_ این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
