رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ کودکان زیر 2 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد /آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 23 می باشد / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد/ برای رزرو در ایام عید نوروز ، تعطیلات باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود / در صورت کنسلی در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
