این ویلا با مساحت کل 210 متر و متراژ بنا 60 متر دارای 7 پله ورودی می باشد فضای اقامتگاه شامل سالن / حمام و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی که دارای 5 پله ورودی و دارای 4 عدد کف خواب می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است که 100 متر جاده منتهی...

ورود یک کودک زیر 5 سال رایگان است.
استعمال دخانیات در حیاط مجاز است.
برگزاری جشن تا تعداد 10 نفر و تا ساعت 11 مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
