این سوئیت در یک مجتمع اقامتی ساحلی با حیاط و محوطه مشترک ، نزدیک به مرکز شهر واقع شده است .
لازم به ذکر است که واحدهای مشابه دیگری نیز جهت درخواست رزرو موجود می باشد .

برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود / همه ی افرادی که قصد اجاره یک اتاق را دارند باید در زمان تحویل اتاق حضور داشته باشند / متل از پذیرفتن افرادی که بعدا قصد ملحق شدن به اتاق مسافران را دارند، جلوگیری خواهد کرد / دعوت کردن مهمان به اتاق ممنوع می باشد.

استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
