این ویلا در منطقه ییلاقی هزارجریب در محدوده جنگل و دریاچه درروستای ولم در 30 کیلومتری بهشهر واقع شده است .
این اقامتگاه با مساحت کلی 200 متر و متراژ بنا 110 متری دوبلکس می باشد که با 8 پله ورودی در طبقه همکف دو اتاق خواب / سرویس بهداشتی...
