در صورت مجرد بودن به مجرد (آقا) یا فقط مجرد ( خانم ) اجاره داده می شود / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 بامداد می باشد .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
_ حداقل رزرو میهمانان عزیز بابت آخر هفته دو شب می باشد .
- در صورت کنسلی ازسوی میهمان در ایام عید نوروز ، کنسلی وجود ندارد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
