If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
