_ قابل توجه میهمانان عزیز سپنجا این اقامتگاه به هیچ عنوان در شرایط عادی و ایام نوروز شرایط لغو رزرو ندارد لذا قبل از واریز از درخواست و سفر خود اطمینان حاصل فرمایید
._ حداقل رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی دو شب می باشد .
_ حداقل مدت زمان درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان از دو روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ برای رزرو این ویلا در ایام عید نوروز باید از ده روز قبل اقدام شود.
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
