این باغ و ویلا با متراژ1600 متر دارای یک اتاق خواب، یک تخت دو نفره،5 عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش و پتو) واقع شده است.
ظرفیت این باغ و ویلا برای برپایی جشن و میهمانی 40 نفر می باشد.

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی فقط در حیاط ویلا و در باکس مجاز است/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل بسیار خوب است/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر 4 روز قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند /حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد/ در زمان ورود تمام وسایل و امکانات به شما تحویل داده میشود و در زمان خروج از شما تحویل گرفته میشود ،چنانچه وسیله ای سهوا خراب و یا شکسته شد مبلغ خسارت از مسافر گرفته میشود.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
