رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اتاق ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی (سگ و گربه) ممنوع/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل خوب است/ آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت23 می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر یک هفته قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / فقط کلید درب ورود اتاق تحویل میهمان داده می شود /حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد.

If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
