در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی میهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / 1.هرگونه کار خلاف برهم زدن آرامش عمومی ،دعوا وجدل .فریاد زدن که باعث سلب آسایش میهمانان گردد ممنوع / از تغییر دادن امکانات و تجهیزات در اقامتگاه هنگام ترک استفاده در جاهای غیر از محل مشخص شده خودداری کنید / از هر گونه پخت و پز در اتاق خودداری کنید / چنانچه مهمان خساراتی به اموال اقامتگاه وارد نماید ملزم به پرداخت هزینه میباشد / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / مهمانان عزیز سعی نمایید تا ساعت 11/30شب به اقامتگاه مراجعه کنید / در هنگام خروج از اقامتگاه کلید را به قسمت پذیرش بسپارید.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
