رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در فضای بیرون مانعی ندارد / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی مانعی ندارد به جز سگ / کودکان زیر 7 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان میباشد.
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
