سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی و حمام به صورت هم فضا در داخل محوطه باغ به صورت مشترک می باشد...

از یک کودک زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود .
ورود حیوان خانگی در داخل کلبه اکیدا ممنوع و درصورت رعایت نکردن مشمول هزینه ای مجزا جهت نظافت میشوید .
برپایی جشن با هماهنگی میزبان.
همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی در حیاط ازاد است.
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
