کلبه جنگلی در حلیمه جان رودبار با متراژ کل 1500 متر و زیر بنا 130 متر در همکف با 7 پله قرار دارد
در این اقامتگاه کف خواب ( پتو - بالش - تشک ) به تعداد 5 نفر و ظروف برای 10 نفر وجود دارد

در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی میهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / از کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع ) است / کلید درب ورودی تحویل میهمان داده می شود / حداقل رزرو در ایام نوروز دو شب می باشد / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است / تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
برپایی جشن با هماهنگی میزبان.
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
