این اقامتگاه با مساحت کل 3000 متر دارای دو واحد تکخوابه مشابه 50 متری در روستای میلاش رودسر واقع شده است سرایدرا و نگهبان در حیاط اقامتگاه سکونت دارد .
آنتن دهی همراه اول در این منطقه ضعیف و آنتن دهی ایرانسل خوب می باشد .

If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
