_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه می باشد .
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 بامداد می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و 3 روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه در روزهای آخرهفته و تعطیلات دو شب می باشد .
_ قابل توجه میهمانان عزیز سپنجا این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز شرایط لغو رزرو ندارد لذا قبل از واریز از درخواست و سفر خود اطمینان حاصل فرمایید
در صورت کنسلی در ایام نوروز کنسلی وجود ندارد
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
