این اقامتگاه خانه ای سنتی - روستایی به سبک خانه های گیلکی با صفاست که شامل اتاق هایی مستر با متراژ 18 متر در طبقه اول و همکف می باشد و چشم انداز بسیار زیبا به جنگل های سرسبز هیرکانی دارد .

آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید اقامتگاه 12 بامداد است / به مجرد فقط آقا اجاره داده نمی شود / رعایت حقوق همسایگان و احترام به فرهنگ بومی و محلی اهالی روستا نشان دهنده یک سفر مسئولانه می باشد / از به همراه داشتن پیکنیک و گاز مسافرتی به داخل اقامتگاه خودداری نمایید / در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی شرایط لغو رزرو وجود ندارد و مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی شود .
ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست.
برپایی جشن ممنوع است.

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
