از کودکان زیر 7 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است / کلید درب ورودی و پارکینگ تحویل مسافر داده می شود / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود
برپایی جشن با هماهنگی میزبان.
اجاره فقط به خانواده.
اجاره مجرد فقط آقا.
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
Cancellation policies
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
