رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / اجاره فقط به خانواده / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / از کودکان زیر 3 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 7 شب است / تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد / کلید درب ورودی تحویل مسافر داده می شود / در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی میهمان شرایط کنسلی وجود ندارد

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
