این ویلا با متراژ 1000 متر دارای دو اتاق خواب، دو تخت دو نفره، 2 عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش و پتو) وبصورت دوبلکس می باشد.
سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی ،حمام و فرنگی به صورت مجزا و در داخل ساختمان تعبیه شده است.

در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی مهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر یک هفته قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه در روزهای معمولی یک شب روزهای تعطیل دو شب می باشد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
