منزل ویلایی در میدان انصاری لاهیجان این منزل مبله با متراژ 110 متر دارای دو اتاق خواب ، دو تخت یک نفره ، یک تخت دو نفره ، چهار عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک و پتو بالشت) در طبقه همکف با 5 پله واقع شده است.

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی /هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد.
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 9 شب می باشد .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
