در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی مهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / در صورت مجرد بودن به مجرد (آقا) یا فقط مجرد ( خانم ) اجاره داده می شود / همچنین مسافرین محترم پایبند به اصول اخلاقی باشند.

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
