در صورت لغو رزرو هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل بسیار خوب است/ آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 23 می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر یک هفته قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه دو شب می باشد.
