اجاره به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / به همراه داشتن کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) کارت ملی و شناسنامه الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است . ( زمانی که کولر روشن هست حتما درب و پنجره ویلا بسته باشد )
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 شب می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و 3 روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
