قوانین:
استعمال دخانیات فقط در تراس ( بالکن ) ویلا مجاز است .
به علت نو بودن موکت های ویلا ، تردد با کفش داخل ویلا ممنوع است.
ویلا صرفا برای استفاده از جشن اجاره داده نمی شود اما میهمان ها مجاز به برپایی جشن کوچک تا ساعت 12 شب هستند .
درصورت هر گونه خسارت و سوختگی به وسایل ، رنگ دیوارها و مبلمان و... خسارت فی المجلس از مسافر محترم دریافت می گردد .
از 1 کودک زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود .
برپایی جشن با هماهنگی میزبان.
همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی در حیاط ازاد است.
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
