رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع ) است / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است / تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد / کلید درب ورودی و ریموت تحویل مسافر داده می شود / در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی میهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
