باغ ویلا استخر دار در مجموعه باغات شهری شهرک سعدی ( ویلا شهر کیمیا ) شیراز با متراژ 2000 متر دارای دو اتاق خواب در طبقه همکف و منطقهای بسیار خوش آب و هوا واقع شده است .

اجاره به افراد مجرد با تعداد کم ( 5 نفر ) / کارت شناسایی ( هوشمند - ملی و شناسنامه ) الزامیست / آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 بامداد می باشد .
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
