از کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / مدت زمان اجاره این ویلا (روزانه ، هفتگی) است / حداقل مدت اقامت 1 شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 7 شب می باشد / برای رزرو در ایام (نوروز ، تعطیلات ،اخر هفته) باید از یک روز قبل با میزبان هماهنگی شود / کلید ریموت دار درب پارکینگ به مهمان تحویل داده می شود

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
