همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع /ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است .
حجاب اسلامی (خانوم و آقا) در محوطه ای مجتمع رعایت شود .
کودک زیر 5 سال تا (دو کودک )جزء ظرفیت حساب نمی شود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
