کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمیشود / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط مانعی ندارد / مدت زمان اجاره این واحد اقامتی به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه است / حداقل مدت اقامت 1 شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 90 شب می باشد / برای رزرو در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته از 2 روز قبل اقدام نمایید / حداقل رزرو در ایام عید نوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته 1 روز می باشد .

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
