رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / اجاره به خانواده / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود / استعمال دخانیات ( سیگار ،قلیان و... ) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود .
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 10 شب می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و 3 روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
