کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شد / به مجرد آقا اجاره داده نمی شود / آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 بامداد می باشد / مدت زمان اجاره این واحد اقامتی به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه است / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت سه ماه می باشد / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداقل از یک روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل نیز امکان پذیر است .
برپایی جشن ممنوع است.
اجاره مجرد فقط خانم.
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
