رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامیست/ برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع /همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / کودکان زیر6 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/ ورود با کفش ممنوع است/مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی ، ماهیانه می باشد/ حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت ماهیانه می باشد/ آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به هنگام ورود مسافر، ساعت 23 می باشد/ برای رزرو در ایام عید نوروز از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود /در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی‌شود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
