اتاق گل یاس در طبقه همکف واقع شده و فاقد بالکن وحیاط و دارای باربیکیو و آشپزخانه و حمام و توالت ایرانی و وسایل خواب به تعداد ظرفیت می باشد و ظرفیت آن 4 نفر می باشد 30 الی 40 متر می باشد و فاقد اتاق خواب می باشد.

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
