رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / به افراد مجرد با تعداد نفرات کم ( 4 نفر ) اجاره داده می شود / کودکان زیر 7 سال هزینه دربافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه در روزهای آخرهفته و تعطیلات دو شب می باشد / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و سه روز قبل نیز امکان پذیر است / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام آخر هفته - تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
