منزل ویلایی مبله در خیابان اصلی امامزاده عبدالمهیمن - بوشهر با متراژ 230 متر و زیربنا 150 متر در طبقه همکف ، نزدیک به دریا واقع شده است .

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع ) / اجاره به خانواده / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند ( فقط در صورت تعداد کم و کاری ) اجاره داده می شود / کودکان زیر 7 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع ) است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه می باشد .
_ حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 4 شب است .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و یک روز قبل نیز امکان پذیر است .
_ جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از 3 روز قبل اقدام شود .
_ این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
