این اقامتگاه سنتی در طبیعتی بکر در روستای مزرعه جهان مشگین شهر واقع شده است .
به دلیل شرایط اب و هوایی و خنک بودن هوا سیستم سرمایشی در اقامتگاه وجود ندارد و سیستم گرمایشی موجود در واحد بخاری گازی و بخاری هیزمی می باشد .

If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
