این منزل مبله با متراژ 95 متر دارای یک اتاق خواب، یک تخت دو نفره ، 6 عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش و پتو) در طبقه اول با 16 پله واقع شده است.

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 23 می باشد / برای رزرو این اقامتگاه 3 روز قبل اقدام شود / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد./ در صورت کنسلی در ایام نوروز هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
