در صورت رعایت نکردن نظافت ویلا ، مبلغ 200 هزار تومان از مهمانان دریافت می شود
در صورت رعایت نکردن و کثیفی آب استخر مبلغ یک روز کامل از مهمانان دریافت می شود

استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
