مدارک محرمیت برای زوجین الزامی می باشد / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / همراه داشتن کارت شناسایی هوشمند الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / اجاره به خانواده / به افراد مجرد فقط آقا یا خانم باشند اجاره داده می شود / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود .
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 11 شب می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو این اقامتگاه از یک هفته قبل و چند روز قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه اجاره داده می شود .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
