سیستم گرمایشی در سالن بخاری گازی و در یکی از اتاق ها بخاری برقی است.
در ویلا سیستم صوتی تعبیه شده است.
ویلا مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته به سمت حیاط است.
استخر در حیاط به صورت سر پوشیده با آبگرم...

If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
